Parents: Please read  the following statement:

I hereby agree that the B-Sharp Summer Music Academy personnel may administer First Aid in case of emergency and /or  refer participant to a local clinic or hospital for treatment. I understand that participants are not to bring any medications to camp.

 Drop Off/Pickup Policy: Staff will be on site as early as 8:00am if you need to drop your child off early.  Please be sure to pick up participants promptly at the close of the camp day. A late charge of $15 per hour will be imposed after 2:00 P.M. You will be responsible for payment for staff overtime.

 I agree to abide by rules and regulations of the B-Sharp Summer Music Academy. I agree to hold the Academy, its employees, officials and staff harmless from any and all claims for damages unless due to the sole negligence of the employees or agents.
